Allmakes was launched in 1977. This year we are celebrating 30 years of successful business growth.

Our 30 years of success is based upon many factors. The greatest of which is the mutual respect, loyalty and trust which we hold with our customers.

Within the Allmakes Group; we employ over 130 staff. Many of these staff have been with us for over 10 years. The strength of this knowledge base provides us - and our customers - with a powerful business advantage.

Our product range includes genuine Land Rover parts, and access to 118,000 quality replacement part options which include our own custom built parts and accessories. Naturally; we have extensive quality testing involved with our decision criteria on which parts we supply. Our quality commitment even extends to warranties on replacement products; which come with a peace of mind 12 month guarantee. This is rare amongst any of our competitors.

Our flexibility with offering Genuine or quality replacement parts; ensures we can give our customers the best possible price advantage. We are always open to discussion regarding price matching; though this should rarely become necessary.

Allmakes clients include governments, charities and the leading parts companies throughout 50 countries. Our clients have come to rely on our professional integrity and our ability to deliver parts that fit first time and ensure the safety of any Land Rover vehicle.

Allmakes can offer its customers a dedicated team of professional customer service administrators who have specialist market knowledge and can call on the support of an experienced technical team. Our despatch and distribution efforts are honed to ensure that products arrive with our customers as quickly as possible, in a safe condition and without disruption from Customs or any Government organisation. In 2006 Allmakes invested over £250,000 in improving its computer systems infrastructure. This is to ensure ultimately that we are as efficient as possible in meeting our customer needs. o Warehousing: Allmakes operates from two adjacent warehouses providing 36,000 feet of storage. Our £5 million of stock is available for daily despatch by the 130 people who work within the Group.

o Stock: Our range includes the following recognized brands: Bosch, Lucas, Delphi, Denso, Ferodo, Federal Mogul, Kolbenschmidt, Elring, Dayco, Bosal, Valeo, LUK, TRW, Mahle, Mann & Hummel, Coopers, Crosland, UFI, Wabco, Timken, Lemforder, and Mintex.

o Partnerships: We have key partnerships which provide superior garage workshops and the very highest level of technicians. The experience gained from this network is shared with our customers across the world; who can use this to increase their own service abilities.

o Our Customers: Include organisations such as the British Armed Forces who have found our service to be worthy of awarding us ongoing contracts.

o Our 30 year record has ensured we are consistently one of the largest independent wholesalers of quality parts for Land Rover vehicles in the world.

o Ordering: We provide an online real-time ordering system that is available to account customers.

o Price match: We offer this promise on all like-for-like parts. If you can find it cheaper from another supplier, we will match the price. We frequently find that we don’t match - we beat it.

o Delivery: We provide a premium delivery service with competitive overseas freight rates. We also have our own vans which deliver within the UK.

o Products: Our range of 118,000 products includes quality Jeep products. Please see the Products section under the Main Menu for more information. All products are available via our online ordering facility.

o Product manufacturing: Most of our parts are sourced from within Europe as part of our “green” commitment. This also ensures that our product quality is consistently superior as we have a greater control over these elements. We work hard to create a strong partnership with these suppliers. We are proud of the record of quality success, and trusted suppliers which has been created as a result. An added advantage is the speed in which we can source and provide new parts to our range.

o Technology: Allmakes Group are an Investor in the marketplace through software, the internet, management and diagnostic technologies.

o Head Office Site: We also have a Specialist off-road workshop partnership located on-site.

o Customer commitment: We actively work in partnership with our customers to start, develop and generate business together.

o Allmakes has played an active role in the start-up, development and growth of many of our customers. Some of who now have annual sales of £ 2 to 3 million.

o Customer service: For over 30 years we have tried to ensure our customers find the buying experience at Allmakes to be easy, friendly, and reliable.

o Global business partners: We are committed to extending our global customer base. In line with this commitment, and in a further effort to provide service; we have staff in the UK who speak French, Spanish, and German.
