Allmakes is able to take orders either by phone, fax or e-mail. Once we have your order we will send back a confirmation prior to picking and packing it. As the norm, orders are dispatched within 36 working hours of confirmation or on a date which has been specifically requested by the customer.

Our product availability is tracked on a weekly basis and in 2007 our first pick availability from over 7,500 stocked lines has been averaging around 94.5%. Parts that are out of stock are quickly re-sourced to ensure that orders are dispatched efficiently and effectively with 100% fill rate whenever possible.
